Steve became CEO of Riverain Technologies in 2013 after joining Riverain as Vice President of Research in 2007. Prior to joining Riverain Technologies, he was a principal developer of iCAD’s SecondLook mammography computer aided detection (CAD) system. His primary focus was the development of iCAD’s microcalcification detection system. His earlier career included development of model-based vision systems for military applications using synthetic aperture radar. Since joining Riverain Technologies his focus has been on developing, marketing, and commercializing Riverain’s X-ray and CT product lines.

Derick joined Riverain in 2024 and as Chief Financial Officer leads the finance, human resources, IT and manufacturing teams, with a focus on guiding the company’s strategic direction and financial performance. He has built and lead finance teams at growth-stage SaaS and healthcare businesses, including Simplee and SCI Solutions. Derick also worked at Wells Fargo, Bain & Company, and Intuit. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in business economics from UC Riverside.

Mike Wilson is the Vice President of Sales at Riverain, where he leads the sales team and drives the company’s commercial vision. Since joining Riverain in 2023, he has focused on expanding market reach and delivering impactful customer solutions. Prior to this role, Mike held leadership positions at Philips Healthcare with the Invivo and Precision Diagnosis Solutions businesses, bringing deep industry expertise and a proven track record in medical technology sales.

Allen Hundley is the global head of business development and channel partnerships for Riverain Technologies. Allen manages all business development, strategy, and partnerships for AI platforms, PACS AI marketplaces, and OEM distribution. Allen brings 15+ years experience in marketing, selling, and launching innovative vendor neutral radiology solutions. Allen has held various direct sales and leadership positions in the Oncologic Imaging space, both at Philips Healthcare and now Riverain Technologies.

K’tara Lopez is a seasoned leader in Healthcare Information Technology with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise transformation, customer advocacy, and operational excellence. As Director of Customer Success at Riverain Technologies, she champions client relationships, leads strategic initiatives, and ensures every engagement delivers measurable impact. A U.S. Navy veteran with an MBA and a deep technical background, K’tara blends precision, empathy, and innovation to elevate Riverain’s customer experience and contribute to the future of cardio-thoracic disease detection.

Adam joined Riverain in 2023 and leads efforts to prototype new applications to the ClearRead family while also enhancing existing nodule analysis capabilities. Prior to Riverain, Adam conducted and led medical imaging analysis research across a variety of modalities at the NIH Clinical Center, NVIDIA, PAII, and Q Bio. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Alberta, where his thesis won the best doctoral award in his department. His early career research led him to be shortlisted for the MICCAI Young Investigator Award and to win the RSNA Trainee prize twice.

As Senior Director of Marketing, Mandy Bayman leads go-to-market strategies, brand development, and data-driven campaigns that accelerate adoption of AI diagnostic imaging solutions. Her background spans leadership roles where she built expertise in content strategy, digital marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. She strives to align marketing innovation with business growth goals, improving outcomes for both organizations and the patients they serve.
